From April 13 to April 27, 2023, join Core for the Core Classroom “Building Our Strengths Together.” One of the qualities of leadership is the ability to recognize the strengths of those around you and your own strengths in order to unleash your talents and the talents of those around you. Throughout the course, you will learn how to identify your strengths, recognize the strengths in others, and reflect on how to best utilize your strengths to develop personally and professionally, build teams, manage workload, and serve the needs of your organization and community.

Building Our Strengths TogetherStart/End Dates: April 13 - April 27, 2023

Format:

Students have 24/7 access to the class site for the duration of the class, and aside from assignment deadlines, the work can be completed at their convenience. Presenters will have office hours to provide guidance and feedback as students work their way through the material. All registrants must be able to attend the live zoom sessions and complete the assignments to receive the certificate of completion.

Requirements:

A computer with Internet access is required. A high-speed connection and headphones are recommended. No experience is necessary; beginners from any background are welcome.
