Join Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm during Core Forum 2022 in Salt Lake City for the preconference "Building Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) Capacity." Leading organizational EDI efforts requires a nuanced understanding of EDI, balancing the organization’s needs as you navigate various dynamics, identities, and perspectives. Organizations must consider organizational and individual capacity before embarking on the EDI journey to create a workplace of equity, diversity, and belonging that is sustainable in the long term. During this workshop, leaders will build capacity around EDI dialogue, holding space, and avoiding burnout.
