Cost of college went up for all students at LDS Business College

Tuition and fees rose 3 percent for 2018-19 at LDS Business College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Utah students paid $3,440 to attend the two-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $100 more than the $3,340 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 70 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 252 students received grants or scholarships totaling $775,599 and 51 students took out student loans totaling more than $168,220.

Including all undergraduates (1,996), 1,236 students used grants or scholarships totaling $4.3 million, and 248 students took out $923,602 in federal student loans.
