The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Mike Lee, Friends of Mike Lee Inc, refunded $2,900 to William Levi on Sept. 16, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Friends of Mike Lee Inc has refunded $124,920 total since April 1.
