On February 11, Clancy announced progress on legislation aimed at addressing public disorder and recovery pathways. He said, “HB 205 is a major step forward in our efforts to curb disorder in our public spaces & provide pathways to recovery.
Thank you to my colleagues for their bipartisan support! (71-1)”.
HB 205 refers to proposed legislation intended to address concerns related to disorderly conduct and public health initiatives within Utah’s communities. The bill received broad bipartisan backing as indicated by its passage with a vote of 71-1 in the state legislature.
