Trevor Lee, a political commentator, shared a series of posts on his Twitter account in February 2026 discussing the results and implications of President Trump’s recent election victory.

On February 19, Lee commented on the significance of Trump’s support among minority voters. He wrote, “My pushback against this. President Trumps recent win. He won more Hispanic and African American votes than any republican in my lifetime. A Republican move back to America last is what got us the most radical Democrat presidents in our countries history.”

The following day, Lee addressed comparisons between Trump’s 2024 campaign and Ronald Reagan’s approach. On February 20, he stated, “You’re right that Trump’s ‘24 win echoed Reagan’s optimism & broad appeal but “Heritage American” isn’t a rejection of that coalition; it’s a call to prioritize the forgotten workers & families sold out by decades of globalist policies that flooded markets with cheap labor &”

On February 21, Lee posted about gun violence statistics involving different groups in 2026. He wrote, “Reality check: More people have been shot by trans women than ICE agents in 2026.”

President Donald Trump secured significant support from Hispanic and African American voters during the 2024 presidential election, marking a notable shift compared to previous Republican candidates. This trend has prompted ongoing discussions within the party regarding outreach strategies and policy priorities for future elections.

Trump’s campaign messaging in 2024 was often compared to Ronald Reagan’s themes of optimism and national unity. The term “Heritage American,” referenced by Lee, has emerged in some conservative circles as part of debates over immigration policy and economic globalization.

Gun violence statistics remain a contentious topic in U.S. political discourse, with various groups citing different data points to highlight concerns about public safety or specific communities.
