Trevor Lee, a member of the Utah House of Representatives, shared a series of posts on his social media account in early January 2026. The posts focused on family values and announced his intention to seek re-election.

On January 1, 2026, Lee wrote: “Getting married, having as many kids as you can. Hug your spouse, play with your little ones, protect your family at all costs. There is nothing better nor more important.

If you don’t have a spouse, if you don’t have kids, make 2026 the year you change that.”

The following day, January 2, he posted: ” https://t.co/hhn1SO7ffQ”

On January 3, Lee addressed constituents directly with an announcement regarding his political future: “Fellow Utahns!

I’m fired up to announce my run for re-election to the Utah House of Representatives! My mission to keep Utah conservative and shield our families from radical agendas is just revving up. I’ve delivered big wins like HB77 to keep our schools focused on unifying”

Lee has previously sponsored legislation such as HB77 aimed at maintaining certain educational standards in Utah schools.
