The NCBE’s July 2025 Bar Exam Results found that Utah achieved the nation’s highest overall bar passage rate at 86%.
As of April 1, 2026, average attorney compensation in Arizona ranged from $95,825 for entry-level positions (Attorney I) handling routine legal matters to $242,617 for the most seasoned lawyers (Attorney V) managing complex cases with significant independence. Those in mid-level roles like Attorney III, responsible for highly complex matters with moderate supervision, earned an average of $179,597 in Arizona compared to $187,549 nationally.
