Five former Utah football players invited to participate in NFL Scouting Combine

Five former University of Utah football players will participate in the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis from February 26 to March 1. The athletes invited are linebacker Lander Barton, tight end Dallen Bentley, defensive end Logan Fano, and offensive linemen Spencer Fano and Caleb Lomu.

The combine schedule includes drills for placekickers, defensive linemen, and linebackers on Thursday; tight ends and defensive backs on Friday; quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs on Saturday; and offensive linemen on Sunday. Coverage of the event will be available through NFL Network and streaming via NFL+.

All five players received postseason honors for their performances during the 2025 season. Spencer Fano was recognized as the Outland Trophy recipient, awarded to the nation’s top interior lineman. He also earned unanimous First Team All-America honors, was named Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year, and secured a spot on the First Team All-Big 12.

Caleb Lomu joined Fano with First Team All-Conference recognition. Logan Fano made Second Team All-Conference, while Dallen Bentley received Third Team honors. Lander Barton was given Honorable Mention status.

The 2026 NFL Draft is scheduled for April 23-25 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
