CherylKActon, an active commentator on social and political issues, posted a series of tweets on April 5, 2026, addressing topics ranging from Iran’s international role to media coverage of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

In her first post on April 5, 2026, Acton wrote: “Objective media outlets (not biased by TDS) would have to acknowledge that:

1) Iran has been a destabilizing force in the world since 1979, bent on destroying Western Civilization in general and the United States in particular.

2) A nuclear Iran would have been a huge threat”.

Later that morning, she commented on developments related to a missing pilot in Iran. On April 5, 2026, she stated: “Wow! This is great news. (I saw in a post out of Iran that the ppl of a nearby city were actively blocking regime efforts to find the missing pilot.) https://t.co/BF5Fyua1E9”.

Addressing domestic matters and media representation later that day, Acton posted: “Don’t accept the MSM’s criticism of Justice Thomas without reading his autobiography, My Grandfather’s Son. It’s phenomenal! (He narrates the audio version of the memoir.) https://t.co/xxdRKoIYGy https://t.co/c0bfSobfXc”.

Since the Iranian Revolution in 1979, relations between Iran and Western countries have often been tense due to ideological differences and geopolitical conflicts. Concerns over Iran’s nuclear ambitions have led to international negotiations and sanctions over several decades.

Justice Clarence Thomas is an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court whose judicial philosophy and personal history are frequently discussed topics in American media. His memoir “My Grandfather’s Son” provides insight into his background and career.
