Cheryl K. Acton, a member of the Utah House of Representatives, posted several messages on her social media account between April 2 and April 3, 2026, commenting on justice, politics, and infrastructure funding.

On April 2, 2026, Acton addressed the topic of abortion procedures in a post stating: “If you love justice (and we are all hard-wired to do so – that’s why children as young as 2 are able to discern unfairness), this is excellent news. To this day, pro-abortionists are in denial about dismemberment abortion procedures (the only way to abort a fetus after the first https://t.co/NryPsZmhH1”.

In another post from April 3, 2026, Acton reflected on the influence of politics by writing: “Such a good admonition (and I am a politician.) Politics, like fire, has the power to destroy everything it touches. (Examples: the BSA, friendships, even family relationships) Fortunately, the Gospel is more fundamental than party affiliations or the philosophies of men. We view https://t.co/2jjWmS2gY1”.

Later that same day, she commented on water infrastructure funding: “This is GREAT news! Water infrastructure, like transportation, is VERY expensive. All donations are welcome. https://t.co/0EOw0Dnru5”.

Cheryl K. Acton serves as a Republican representative for Utah’s District 38 and has been involved in legislative discussions regarding both social issues and state infrastructure projects.
